A supplier built around one document
Most parts companies start with a catalogue. We started with a spreadsheet — a cross-reference table of OEM numbers, replacement references and the machines they fit.
Why we work this way
Buying a part from China is not difficult. Buying the right part from China, on a schedule, from someone who answers when it goes wrong — that is the difficult part.
After three years in this trade, working across engine, agricultural, refrigeration, access platform and construction equipment lines, the same pattern kept appearing: the failures were almost never about price. They were about a number that looked right and was not, a delivery that slipped without notice, or a supplier who disappeared after payment.
So we built the business around the thing that prevents all three: a part-number database that is checked by a person, and one contact who owns the order from enquiry to after-sales.
What we are — and what we are not
We are a supply partner, not a factory. We do not pretend to own production lines we do not own. What we own is the list of factories, the sample records, and the judgement about which one to use for which part.
This matters to you for one practical reason: a trading company that claims to be a factory will fail the first video audit. We would rather be the supplier who tells you the truth on day one and is still there in year five.
Where we are
Based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang — about two hours by road from the Ningbo–Zhoushan port complex, and inside the Yangtze River Delta manufacturing belt. Suppliers across Zhejiang and Jiangsu are within a day's trucking, so parts reach the port without a long inland leg.
How we prefer to start
With one part. Not a container, not a yearly contract. Send a part number you already buy, we quote it, you compare it against your current cost and lead time. If it holds up, the second order is easier for both of us.
The short version
- 3 years sourcing experience in machinery parts
- 3,000+ part numbers cross-referenced in-house
- 5 product systems, supplier network per part
- Export from Ningbo / Shanghai, FOB · CIF · EXW
- English-speaking contact, replies within 24 hours
Three rules we do not bend
They cost us orders occasionally. They also keep customers for years, which is the better trade.
If we cannot supply it, we say so
A clear “no” in 24 hours is worth more than a slow maybe. Sending a customer to the wrong factory wastes their season, not just their money.
No brand marks we do not own
Compatible parts are described as compatible. We never put another company’s trademark on our packaging — that is a customs seizure waiting to happen.
Problems are ours to carry
If a part is wrong, we deal with the factory. The customer should not be in the middle of a conversation they cannot influence.
